Adoption begins during your ERP implementation and carries on through 30-day coaching. When you need help after that, our ongoing support plans keep guidance within easy reach. Training is included in implementation or scoped separately when you need refresher sessions for a growing team.

Beyond live sessions, we deliver step-by-step courses inside the system's own Courses app — "how to register a customer", "how to schedule", "how to invoice" — in your language.

New joiners learn at their own pace, and the knowledge doesn't walk out the door when someone leaves. The courses are yours to edit and extend, delivered as part of the package.

Train-the-trainer prepares one or two of your own staff to deliver training internally. We coach them on the system and on how to teach it, so you can onboard new joiners and run refresher sessions without depending on us each time.
